Call center converted into dedicated dewar storage.
Inside the facility, an existing call center was renovated into a clean, purpose-built storage area designed to accommodate liquid nitrogen dewars and specialized operational requirements.

Exterior LN2 tank enclosure
Purpose-built protection for critical equipment.
At the same facility, ABC constructed the complete exterior enclosure around the liquid nitrogen tanks. The custom structure provides weather and impact protection, controlled access, safety separation and visual screening.

For most commercial tenant improvements, the architect of record prepares and submits plans. Once permits are issued, ABC coordinates construction and required inspections in accordance with the approved documents.
